Eligibility: The Roam Offgrid Havasupai Two Permit Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is open to current residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Roam Offgrid, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate.

Sponsor: The Giveaway is sponsored by Roam Offgrid, Los Angeles, CA (“Sponsor”).

Agreement to Official Rules: By participating in the Giveaway, entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Giveaway.

Entry Period: The Giveaway begins on Monday, February 27, 2023 at 10am PT and ends on March 6, 2023 at 11:59am PT (the “Entry Period”). Entries received after the Entry Period will be void.

How to Enter: To enter the Giveaway, visit roamoffgrid.com/giveaways/ during the Entry Period and follow the instructions to submit your entry. To ensure fairness, we only accept one Official Entry Form submission per person. You may earn bonus entries by following the instructions provided on our Instagram post. Please note that any attempts to submit multiple entries or use fraudulent means to increase your chances of winning may result in disqualification from the giveaway.

Winner Selection: After the entry period ends, the sponsor will randomly select one (1) potential winner from all eligible entries received. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Winner Notification: The potential winner will be notified via email within 24 hours after the winner selection. Sponsor shall have no liability for any winner notification that is lost, intercepted or not received by the potential winner for any reason. If a potential winner does not respond within 48 hours after the first notification attempt, or if the prize or prize notification is returned as unclaimed or undeliverable to such potential winner, such potential winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected.

Prize: The prize for the Giveaway is two (2) permits to Havasupai for a 3-night adventure on April 1-4, 2023. The permits are non-transferrable and have no cash value. The total approximate retail value of the prize is $800. The prize includes access to the campgrounds and hiking trails in Havasu Canyon. Any other expenses not mentioned as included in the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

LIABILITY WAIVER: By participating in the Havasupai Giveaway, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Roam Offgrid, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, successors, and assigns (collectively, the “Released Parties”), from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Giveaway or receipt or use of any prize, including, but not limited to: (a) any technical errors that may prevent an entrant from submitting an entry; (b) unauthorized human intervention in the Giveaway; (c) printing errors; (d) errors in the administration of the Giveaway or the processing of entries; or (e) injury, death, or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Giveaway or receipt of any prize. Entrants further agree that in any cause of action, the Released Parties’ liability will be limited to the cost of entering and participating in the Giveaway, and in no event shall the Released Parties be liable for attorney’s fees. Entrants waive the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages. The Released Parties reserve the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Giveaway at any time in its sole discretion without notice.

Entrants must be in good physical health to participate and must be able to handle a 20 mile round trip hike to Havasupai. By entering the Giveaway, each entrant acknowledges and represents that he/she is physically fit and healthy enough to participate in the Havasupai hike and assumes any and all risks associated with such participation, including, without limitation, the risk of injury or illness. Entrants understand and acknowledge that the trip to Havasupai involves a strenuous 20-mile round trip hike in a remote wilderness area, and that such activities may result in personal injury, death, or property damage. By entering the Giveaway, each entrant agrees to assume all risks associated with participation in the Havasupai trip and to release, discharge, and hold harmless the Released Parties from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action whatsoever arising out of any injury, illness, death, or property damage that may occur during the Havasupai trip. Entrants understand and acknowledge that they will be required to sign a separate waiver and release of liability in order to participate in the trip to Havasupai.
